Make Today the Best Part of Waking Up

How did you start your day today?

Too often, we're not great at getting up. We hit the snooze alarm. As a result, we sleep longer than we intend and spend the morning rushing around just trying to get out the door. this isn't exactly conducive to a beneficial morning routine. It also doesn't set a very good tone for the day, nor is it healthy for you.

How can you improve your morning considerably, and still take care of yourself?

You start by establishing the morning routine. Getting up at a set time, exercise, eating right, and even doing something for yourself such as meditation, journaling, or affirmations will give you a start today which sets you up for success every time. The key is being intentional in everything you do. The rest will follow.
