Feeling buried under day-to-day details? Self-care can be very hard to fit into your schedule when you're so caught up in daily life. Between your job, errands, your obligations at home, and to your family, it can seem almost impossible to take time for yourself.
How to get past this? It's simpler than you think.
You start by making a list of everything you need to do in the day. From there it's only a matter of looking to see which items on this list you truly need to do. It might be some of these items may be delegated to someone else. Or better yet, it could be time to automate them entirely. For example, there are many options for shopping online which will deliver recurring orders with no action from you once it’s set up.
Once you've trimmed down your list, you'll be amazed at how much time you have, which you can better focus on yourself.
