Sometimes you just have to surrender and let life have its way with you, you know?
Life has gone a bit crazy around here and there are some changes in the pipeline that haven’t been completed yet and others that may not happen. For now, I’m just along for the ride, planning what I can, when I can.
And with that in mind, I wanted to give you guys a heads up on some classes and live (free) meditations I have coming up in the next week or so. If you’re interested in attending, you’ll want to put them on your calendar so you don’t miss them.

Fri, July 16 1 p.m. EDT: Grounding Meditation on Insight Timer (that IS a direct link to it). Join me with bare feet for this meditation to deeply ground with Mother Earth.
Sat, July 17 7:30 p.m. EDT: A Year of Taking Care of You: Self-Care for Everyone on Insight Timer (direct link). Do you want to start a self-care routine but you feel too overwhelmed to even try? Too busy to make time for self-care? Not sure where to start? Don't even know what to do? Then join me for this first in a series of monthly self-care talks to help you create a self-care system that works. (This is the program I wanted to release but found some issues. I’m now offering it as a free series to make sure everything is worked out and running smoothly before it becomes one of my paid offerings.

Mon, July 19 7 p.m. EDT: Stress Meditation on Zoom (when you sign up and pay for the class, you’ll receive a link in your email 15 minutes before class begins). Learn to be in control of worry by being a witness to your thoughts, emotions and physical changes.
Tue, July 20 7 p.m. EDT: Beginners Meditation on Zoom (when you sign up and pay for the class, you’ll receive a link in your email 15 minutes before class begins). In this beginners meditation, we'll be paying attention to the breath and noticing thoughts. It's a very simple and easy meditation for those with little to no experience.
Wed July 21 9:15 p.m. EDT: Sleep Meditation on Zoom (when you sign up and pay for the class, you’ll receive a link in your email 15 minutes before class begins). Be guided into a restful sleep by going on a relaxing train ride through the beautiful countryside.
Sat July 24 8 p.m. EDT: Self-Care & the Single Parent on Zoom (when you sign up and pay for the class, you’ll receive a link in your email 15 minutes before class begins). This class, due to its longer length, will be $15. On International Self-Care Day, let’s talk about self-care and single parents. Single parents need self-care the most, yet they're also the least likely to find the time, motivation, or energy for it. In this class, we'll go over:

-What is Self-Care & What Isn't
-When, Where, How, and Finding a Routine
-Making a Plan for Self-Care
-Emergency Self-Care ideas
Everything we talk about will be with single parents and their limitations in mind. Which means there will be no suggestions of letting a partner take over or super-expensive or time-consuming suggestions (though there may be ideas that are more expensive/take more time for those who have it).
